Freight Cost 
All parcels are calculated by "weight and destination postcode" delivery prices start as low as $4.80.  Shipping costs for additional items are calculated by weight and added to the cost of the first item.  Buying in volume will mean you save on shipping costs, which means great value for money.

We currently deliver Australia-wide.

For delivery to major cities and inner city areas, please allow 1-5 working days, excluding holidays as determined by carrier, from the date of the clearance of payment. For deliveries to remote or rural areas, please allow 7 working days, excluding holidays as determined by carrier. A signature is required by carrier upon delivery of goods.

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse within 2-3 days of order request [most orders are processed on the same day] For Sydney-based customers wishing to collect goods from our showroom, please contact us on ph: 02 9896 5531 or via email so we can arrange a suitable pick-up time for you. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product or have simply changed your mind, we provide an unconditional refund policy. Simply return the item unused and in its original packaging by 30 days from date of purchase. A&J Mobility Solutions will refund the cost of the item or allow you to exchange your product for another item depending on availability. Please note that postage and handling charges will not be refunded and shipping costs will be incurred by the customer for exchanged items.

If your purchased item is faulty, we ask that you return your goods to A&J Mobility Solutions within 14 days from date of purchase in order to be eligible for replacement. You will receive a replacement item or a credit for the purchase if the item cannot be replaced.
