The unique 4 manifold technology with an 'Isoflap' valve allows positioning and adjustability to suit individual needs. 
The cushion is divided into four quadrants. As the air is unable to move from one quadrant to another, it is impossible for the air to be pushed to one section of the cushion and tip the patient to one side or to the front of the seat.
