Could the height be further reduced to say, 650mm to suit a vertically challenged user? [Cut-off at point of attachment of wheels would seem the likely place to me]

It may well be done - we could not do this for you though - we have have difficulty with insurance issues if we modify equipment

The mobile tray walker has skis as an accessory. what are the skis for this product

The skis can replace 2 of the castors to create more resistance or a slight braking effect when pushing the walker.
