Is this a twin motor chair and does it lay flat. Does the back and foot rest work independantly of each other? How long for delivery to Penrith NSW 2750

You would need to look at the Relaxer 8105 for a dual motor chair with independent footrest / backrest operation. Delivery normally less than a week in the Sydney area (including Penrith)
